Overhead Band Pallof Press

  1. Engage your abs to pull your ribs downward. Tuck your tailbone under.
  2. Press overhead while moving only your arms. Keep your shoulders pulled down away from your ears so that you don’t shrug.
  3. Don’t arch your lower back or flare your ribs out. Don’t let the band pull you to the side.
