Men’s Piriformis Mobilization

  1. Begin by getting down on your hands and knees.
  2. Cross one leg over the other.
  3. Push your hips back and to the side, at approximately a 45 degree angle. You should feel a stretch in the middle of your glute.
  4. Keep your tailbone tucked under and your abs tight throughout the stretch.
