Renegade Row

  1. Lock your ribs down with your abs.
  2. Tuck your tailbone between your knees.
  3. Do not let your lower back sag.
  4. Row one weight toward your lower ribs without arching your back or rocking your hips.
  5. Finish the row with your shoulder blade packed tightly inward and down and then return the weight to the ground and do a row on the opposite side.
