Men’s Rocking Ankle Mobilization

  1. With your hands and feet on the ground and hips in the air, move your feet towards your hands until you can just get your heel to the ground.
  2. Working one ankle at a time, gently lift your heel off the ground, and then rock it back down until it lightly touches.
  3. Keep your abs tight and your ribs pulled down so that you don’t arch your lower back.
