- Keep your chest high, abs tight and lower ribs pulled down. Keep your head in line with the rest of your spine.
- Keep your hips facing squarely forward.
- Press the weight while keeping your shoulder pulled down away from your ears so that you’re not shrugging.
- Don’t arch your lower back, let your lower ribs flare out, let your shoulder roll forward or lean your body to complete the press.
