Single-Leg Slideboard Leg Curl

  1. Keep your abs tightly braced, your tailbone tucked under and your ribs down.
  2. Pack your shoulder blades together and down towards your back pockets.
  3. Root your heels through the floor.
  4. Pull your foot towards your hip and finish the movement by tightly squeezing your glute while bracing your abs.
