Single-Leg Supine Hips-Elevated Leg Curl

  1. Keep your abs tightly braced, your tailbone tucked under and your ribs down.
  2. Pack your shoulder blades together and down towards your back pockets.
  3. Root your heels through the floor.
  4. Pull your feet towards your hip and finish the movement by tightly squeezing your glutes while bracing your abs and keeping your tailbone tucked under.
