Men’s Spiderman Pushup

  1. Lower into the pushup by squeezing your shoulder blades together and down into your back pockets, keeping your elbows tucked in and pulling one knee towards your elbow.
  2. Push back up and spread your shoulder blades apart while keeping them pulled downward toward your back pockets.
  3. Keep your abs tight and tailbone tucked under throughout the movement.
