T-Pushup

Men’s T-Pushup

  1. Keep your spine neutral, abs and glutes braced and hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lower into the pushup by squeezing your shoulder blades together and down while keeping your elbows tucked in.
  3. Press to the up position and reach one hand towards the ceiling while keeping your abs and glutes contracted.
