Men’s Wall Hip Flexor Mobilization

  1. Use your arm to flex your knee as much as comfortably possible.
  2. Use your abs to pull your ribs down, and keep your tailbone tucked under to protect your spine.
  3. Contract the glute on your trailing-leg side in order to further stretch your hip flexors. 4. Don’t arch your lower back or let your lower ribs flare out.
