So you want to do a full body workout but, for some reason, don’t want to go to the gym. Or perhaps you’re just too tired or too lazy to do so. Every gym goer understands that feeling; don’t worry, we don’t judge.

While the simplest way to deal with that is to buy or spend some time creating your own gym equipment, I’m glad to tell you that you don’t have to!

Today, I’m featuring a great way to build your muscles and burn fat with definitely no gym required.

Back-To-Basics Full Body Workout

Note that a full body workout does not have to be tip-top intense. In fact, Jordan Yeoh of JordanYeohFitness/Youtube gives us a demonstration using only basic workout styles done in an advanced way.

He also includes a few samples for beginners in the video below. Now, here’s a list of what you’ll do to achieve it:

For each of the exercises, Jordan advises doing as many reps as you can within 30 seconds and do 10-second rests between each one. This way, you won’t have to run past another person’s pace and just focus on yours.

Side note: regularly doing this full body workout makes you compete with your previous number of rounds, which could actually add motivation to achieving your body goal.

Back Extension

The second picture above shows Jordan Yeoh doing a back extension. For a more advanced way of doing the exercise, he grips on his towel while extending his arms and pulls it back. As you can see, there is also a video snip of a sample for beginners at the top right. It’s a more common way of doing back extension which you can do instead if you opt for a less intense one.

You can do this full body workout in only 3 minutes and 50 seconds. To make it more intense, speed up your reps, not the duration.
