  1. Lay on your back with your knees bent and your lower back pressed into the floor. Keep your abs tight and your ribs down so that your back doesn’t arch.
  2. Begin with your shoulder blades squeezed together and down toward your back pockets.
  3. Without shrugging your shoulders upward, reach your arms as far out in front of you as you can and spread your shoulder blades apart.
