- Lay on your back with your knees bent and your lower back pressed into the floor. Keep your abs tight and your ribs down so that your back doesn’t arch.
- Begin with your shoulder blades squeezed together and down toward your back pockets.
- Without shrugging your shoulders upward, reach your arms as far out in front of you as you can and spread your shoulder blades apart.
